Return & Refund Policy

1. Warranty

All Snowling Auto Parts compressors come with a 12-month warranty from the date of shipment, covering manufacturing defects.

2. Returns

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

• Product is defective due to manufacturing issues
• Wrong product was shipped (different from order specification)
• Product arrived damaged (must report within 48 hours of receipt with photos)

3. Non-returnable Items

• Products damaged due to improper installation or use
• Products modified or tampered with after delivery
• Products without original packaging

4. Refund Process

1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and issue description
2. Our team will review and respond within 48 hours
3. If approved, return shipping instructions will be provided
4. Refund will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned product

5. Shipping Costs

Snowling Auto Parts covers return shipping costs for defective or wrong products. Customer is responsible for return shipping in other cases.
